Representatives of Buddhist Council Member organisations celebrate Vesak at Parliament House in Sydney at the kind invitation of The Hon. Stephen Kamper, Minister for Multiculturalism, and Mr Mark Coure, Shadow Minister for Multiculturalism.
Last year’s Vesak celebration at Parliament was warmly received by the Buddhist community, with a deep sense of appreciation for the recognition shown by government representatives. We are grateful for the opportunity to gather once again in a spirit of unity, reflection, and shared values.
As attendance is limited this event is by invitation to nominated individuals from member organisations.
