Join us for a transformative two-day meditation retreat led by Venerable Dr Vimokkha, an esteemed meditation teacher from Thailand. About the Speaker

Venerable Dr Vimokkha Medhino (Phra Preeyong Arphonsuwan) is the Abbot of Wat Pippaliwanaram in Thailand. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Buddhist Studies from Mahachulalongkorn University (MCU). With extensive experience in teaching insight meditation internationally, Venerable Vimokkha is renowned for his pragmatic approach to mindfulness and meditation. His book, ‘The Development of Mindfulness for Insight Meditation,’ reflects his deep understanding and innovative methods for cultivating mindfulness. He has taught at various institutions and organisations, including Dhammasathan Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and Buddhist associations in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Singapore.
