In this gentle talk, Venerable Pañña will reflect on how patience can support the development of mettā—loving-kindness. They will explore how we relate to our own difficulties and the importance of meeting ourselves with steadiness and care. Drawing on the Dhamma and direct experience, this talk will offer encouragement to stay present with what’s here and now, and to allow mettā to grow naturally over time.
