For all those interested in deepening their practice, join Bhante Sampanno in investigating the Pali Cannon’s teaching on the context which surrounds the development of samma- samadhi (correct meditation), comprised of both samatha and vipassana. We will examine various qualities which the Buddha emphasized, such as pleasure and  renunciation, sense restraint, and meditative bliss and happiness (piti and sukha), in order to see how our path of practice may benefit from them.
