Our heart’s capacity for boundless love is sometimes hidden by thoughts of hate, resentment and hurt. In this weekend retreat we explore ways to let go of the things that block our capacity for love and discover how the practice of metta can transform our mind, filling our hearts with kindness and bringing more happiness into our lives.
