The Heart Sutra is a very short sutra -260 words in Chinese. Yet, it carries the most important messages and is the core of the greatest wisdom sutra, Mahaprajnaparamita. In this talk, Venerable Miaoyou will explain how the Heart Sutra helped her to understand the world we live in and explain the intricate way we choose to interact with the world. Our thoughts, emotions and behaviours may sometimes puzzle us. The Heart Sutra offers us clarity to help us understand our thoughts and perceptions.
