This series of teachings will focus on exploring the view, tenets and the middle way, concepts fundamental to Tibetan Buddhism.
- How understanding the truths leads to liberation from suffering and its causes
- How interdependent origination is the basis for constructive actions
- Introduction to the Buddha’s Middle Way philosophy and other Buddhist tenet systems
- How to connect philosophical ideas to personal experience of the correct view of selflessness
