Event Details

Tara is an important female bodhisattva in Buddhism. She is often referred to as the ‘mother of all Buddhas’ and ‘Tara the liberator’ as those who request help, find solace in her.

Following on from the recent retreat led by Geshe Tenzin Zopa, KYRC is commencing a regular session of the Tara practice.

Join us in the recitation of Lama Zopa’s Short Practice of Green Tara sadhana. It will be led by senior students of KYRC.

This practice is open to everyone as no prior lung or empowerment is required.
