Tara who is considered the Mother of all Buddhas, manifests in twenty-one different forms – some peaceful and others wrathful or fierce. Green Tara is revered as the embodiment of wisdom and active and swift compassion. Tara’s name means “star” or “she who ferries across.” Appearing in female form as a bodhisattva, she shines especially brightly as Green Tara, the aspect of compassion in action — ever ready to step down from her lotus throne to assist beings in their moments of need.
Tara practice is renowned for bringing protection, healing, and timely support in moments of need. Whether you’re seeking inner clarity, help through a difficult period, or a deeper connection to your path, these sessions open the door to Tara’s powerful activity and the profound peace that arises when compassion moves swiftly on your behalf.
Join us in the Blue Mountains for a two day retreat in which you can devote time to connecting with Tara, clearing obstacles, resolving conflicts and revitalising spiritual energy, through sadhana and mantra recitation and quiet contemplation. We have partnered with Leisure Inn The Spires for a 10% discount for our attendees. Please see the web page.
