Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month

We are a group of young people who practice mindfulness inspired by the teachings of Zen Master, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. Our group is inclusive of all and sessions are run by young people giving it a more casual atmosphere.
Our typical program looks something like this:
- 5:00 Settle in
- 5:20 Sitting meditation
- 5:45 Walking meditation
- 6:00 Tea break
- 6:15 Reading/Creative activity
- 6:30 Sharing
- 7:00 Finish
