In this busy and fast paced city life, we are bombarded with stress:stimuli, technology, work pressures, anger, frustration and other negative mind states. In this 4-week interactive workshop facilitated by Zen Low, the participants will learn how breath meditation as instructed by the Buddha can be a useful tool with dealing with stress from outside and within; how to understand its causes and find release.
