This series of teachings will focus on exploring the stages of realisation known as “grounds” and “paths” we experience on the way to the goal of enlightenment and nirvana in Tibetan Buddhism. We can become acquainted with the process of spiritual progress so as to help us gather the necessary conditions for positive changes.

• The three vehicles to ferry us to our destination: Hearer, Solitary Realiser and Bodhisattva
• The causes to enter the path of each vehicle
• The results of the path of each vehicle
• Our progression through the five “paths”
• How we traverse the ten “grounds” of a Bodhisattva
