Over six weeks, this course opens the door to Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation (Vipassana), exploring the Buddha’s foundational teachings from the Satipatthana Sutta through both theory and direct experience. Each session builds momentum—layering new insights, guided meditation, and opportunities to discuss your practice with an experienced teacher.
Jim Teoh brings almost 40 years of meditation experience to the course, offering practical wisdom and steady guidance for newcomers and long-time meditators alike. Past participants are welcome to drop in for single sessions, and new students can join at any point during the program. He offers this course on behalf of the Buddhist Library.
Sessions are held in person at the Library. Registration helps us prepare the space.
