Join teachers Lizzie Turnbull and Renata Malinauskas for a 6 day residential retreat at the Brahma Kumaris Centre for Spiritual Learning at Wilton.
The program will explore settling mindfulness in the body, relaxing and finding ease, so that we can learn to rest in samadhi – beautiful states of unification of the bodyheartmind. This retreat will support practices that emphasise settling the mind to support clear, open, balanced groundedness, reducing the clutter and chasing of shadows.
As well as sitting and walking meditation you may also join in some gentle movement practices which support unwinding and releasing deeply held tension and habit patterns.

Times: Arrive from 4.00 pm and finish around 2.00 pm
