Do you feel a subtle restlessness or unease in your life despite your efforts? This retreat will focus on seeing the patterns that pull us away from the present moment and full enjoyment of life so that we can experience natural ease and stillness.
Join teachers Alan Bassal, Kate Amy and Tessa Leon who will lead this retreat which incorporates personal inquiry along with traditional meditation to gain insight into habitual mindsets and behaviours. The program includes daily guided meditation, sitting and walking meditations, Dharma talks, inquiry exercises, and Body Dhamma sessions—which use movement and dance to connect with your vitality and pleasure of living.
