A 9 session teaching series coming to Tuesdays, 7pm
Tuesday 5 May – Tuesday 30 June

The Seven-Point Mind Training (Lojong) is a core Tibetan Mahayana practice derived from Atisha (11th century) that focuses on developing bodhicitta—limitless compassion and wisdom. It provides practical methods to transform daily life, including challenges, into the path to enlightenment by cultivating altruism and reducing ego-clinging.

This step-by-step training guides you through:

  • Preparing the mind
Reflect on the rarity of this life and the reality of impermanence

  • Cultivating compassion and wisdom
Develop both relative and ultimate bodhicitta, including practices like tonglen

  • Transforming adversity
Learn how obstacles become opportunities for growth

  • Integrating into daily life
Bring the teachings into your relationships, work, and inner world

  • Measuring your progress
Recognise genuine transformation through humility and compassion

  • Living the training
Apply practical guidelines that reshape how you think, act, and respond
