The simple practice of the four immeasurable qualities of the heart–loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity–is a powerful way to help us reconnect with those around us externally and all aspects of our own body and mind internally. In this workshop we learn to activate these qualities through meditation and gain access to an inexhaustible source of happiness, joy and inner strength. Therefore, they are also known as the divine abiding of the heart (brahmavihara).
The workshop will feature brief explanations, guided meditations, and time for Q&A.
