Our basic goodness is available to us, regardless of how far it may seem. Fear, anxiety and distraction may seem normal in our often busy lives, yet we can be free of these. It is not something that happens quickly, yet with confidence in our practice, slowly, slowly our hearts can open. And we can recognise our basic goodness and let that be our GPS.  We invite your questions for this talk as the session would be an interactive one. We will also practice some short meditation sessions together.
