Australia’s only accredited higher education institute informed by Buddhist contemplative practices.
Do you wish to study with an institution where learning is nurtured through contemplation and guided by the values of compassion and wisdom? If so, you are warmly invited to our Virtual Open Day on the 28 May 2026 from 4.30pm- 5.30pm.
Join a global learning community and discover how Nti’s contemplative approach to education inspires individuals, strengthens communities and creates positive change.
NTI offers postgraduate courses in the following areas:
Applied Buddhist Studies combines the academic study of Buddhism with practical application of those teachings, meditation and mindfulness.
Mental Health programs use a contemplative and reflective learning model that supports both personal and professional growth, with a strong emphasis on ethical and compassionate practice. Two study pathways allow you to tailor your learning to your interests and career goals.
Humanistic Buddhism will allow you to develop a deep and broad understanding of the key themes of Humanistic Buddhism through historical, socio-cultural, and textual studies.
Health and Social Wellbeing courses support meaningful personal and professional transformation, empowering individuals to serve communities in ways that are skillful, sustainable, and responsive.
Applied Mindfulness explores the practice and principles of mindfulness, supporting you to cultivate awareness and apply it meaningfully in your personal and professional life.
Our Virtual Open Day is a short but enriching session where you’ll meet faculty and past students and learn how our programs can expand your professional practice while addressing today’s challenges and pressures.
Join us to discover how Buddhist wisdom traditions, alongside evidence-based practices such as mindfulness and compassion, can support meaningful personal transformation and help you make a positive impact in your own life and the lives of others.
We look forward to seeing you on May 28!
