As part of our ‘Women in Buddhism’ series of talks, held in March to coincide with International Women’s Day, Marianne Gizycki will lead a session exploring how meditation provides us with a deeper understanding of our mind and offers an alternative to our habitual, scattered distractions. She will guide us in combining mindfulness, awareness, and a spacious sense of humor into our meditation practice. Additionally, we will investigate how to apply these three dynamic qualities of our mind in everyday activities to foster an ongoing sense of clarity and ease.
