We often feel that our mind does not give us any peace and at times contributes to our stress. This introductory course will provide you with the opportunity to develop skills in mindfulness and meditation. We will explore potential benefits of these practices and how they may impact your life by helping you to learn techniques to slow down and take a few moments to focus.
This course is open to all. To get maximum benefit it is advised that you attend all classes and commit to daily practice.
