Our weekly Mindful Life, Happy Life Course explores different topics relevant to modern life living to reveal ways in which we can better understand our life and ourselves, create more mindful and joyful moments in our day, and learn about how the Buddha’s teachings can be applied to integrate our spiritual practice in our daily lives.
The class will also include a meditation session led by the speaker. Each week, we will explore different types of meditation.
This is a drop in class, so no need to RSVP.
