The course is primarily intended for beginners, but is basically open to anyone who would like to meditate. We’ll be conducting the course sessions in person and on ZOOM. There’s also the option to continue the discussion in between sessions on the Dhamma-Vinaya Patipada Discord server.

Sessions will take place over three consecutive Mondays starting June 24th.
