Location: In person at Western Sydney University (74 Rickard Rd, Bankstown City Campus), Room 1.4.34 on level 4 or Online (Zoom link below)

Starting on June 24th, we’ll be holding a three-week meditation course called ‘Objects of Development’. The course will focus on teaching the theory and practice of meditation in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. The course will be led by Bhante Joe.

Participants will learn …
*To develop a daily meditation practice

*To explore and choose an appropriate meditation topic

*To understand the basic theory behind the development of the mind

The course is primarily intended for beginners, but is basically open to anyone who would like to meditate. We’ll be conducting the course sessions in person and on ZOOM. There’s also the option to continue the discussion in between sessions on the Dhamma-Vinaya Patipada Discord server.

Sessions will take place over three consecutive Mondays starting June 24th.
