This eight-week course is an invitation to learn and deepen the foundations of mindfulness as taught by the Buddha. Rooted in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta, the course supports the gradual cultivation of awareness, presence, and the capacity to meet experience with greater clarity and spaciousness. The focus of this course is on strengthening mindfulness practice — learning to observe experience, unblend from reactivity, and develop the ability to be with what arises. As mindfulness deepens, we naturally move toward a more grounded and responsive way of relating to life.
