About this Event
Take a breath and let yourself unwind with a guided meditation and Dharma talk from Melina Bondy, as she helps us learn to listen within, love the deep, and trust what comes when we listen and love.
About the Teacher
Melina Bondy (formerly Sister Hai-An ) is a queer Buddhist teacher. She practiced as a monastic for many years, having received novice ordination from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh 2012, and full ordination in 2016. She then trained at Plum Village Monastery in France and Blue Cliff Monastery in New York State.
Melina s now training to be a Buddhist chaplian. She is a member of Dharma Pathways, where she offers a weekly drop-in meditation, Dharma courses, and more. She continues to hold the teachings of Plum Village while blending them with the Insight tradition, mysticism, and social justice. She loves supporting people in practical and creative ways to develop mindfulness, compassion, and joy in daily life.
