Join teachers Carol Perry, Suzie Brown, Lisa Brown with Lody Levy assisting on this this six-night EcoDharma.
Our busy lives can lead to disconnection with the natural world, resulting in a sense of alienation, tension and stress. Reconnecting and remember our true nature bring relief and freedom. The Buddha taught the interdependent of all beings and this is reflected in the term interbeing created by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh to describe this understanding.
This retreat we will explore what it is to experience and deeply realise interbeing. The retreat program includes Dharma inquiry, gentle Heart Yoga, deep relaxation, meditative and art-based activities to deepen our sense of interbeing.
The unique combination of teachers for this retreat brings deep experience in the Dharma as well as activism, conflict resolution, community building, yoga and art-based practices.
