This course provides a practical, inspiring introduction to meditation and the practice of loving kindness. In these crazy disrupted times, meditation offers us the opportunity to settle our own mind and experience the fundamental goodness of our core being. When we combine the stillness of calm abiding meditation with the warmth and heart of loving kindness practice we have the tools to re-inspire our love and confidence, heal any unresolved emotional wounds we may bear, and strengthen our capacity to help others.
This course is particularly suitable for anyone who has been attending our daily online lockdown meditation program, but is open to everyone whether you are new to meditation or a long-time practitioner.
