Realisations are profound shifts in perspective that free us from old, habituated habits of thinking and reacting that are maladaptive. With such shifts we are once again open and receptive to fresh experiences of joy, happiness and peace. The skillful alternation of the practice of stabilising and analytical meditations is the main method transmitted in the lineage of practitioners in Tibetan Buddhism for actualising these realisations. In this workshop we will look into how to customise and personalise these ancient instructions to suit our modern challenges so as to catalyse these shifts in our perspective.
