Presenter: Tina Ng Wed 31 Mar & 7 Apr | 7-8 pm In-person at Metta Centre and Online (links below) Costs: By DonationThis two-part course explores how the Buddhist practice can help us better understand ourselves, our emotional triggers and how to untangle yourself from them. We will discuss what happens when certain buttons are pushed, why we react in that way, and how we can start to rewire that habitual reaction so we can respond in a more skilful way. This workshop is very interactive and draws on audience participation to make the session relevant to all those in attendance. There will be plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions and reflective exercises.
