Sometimes our meditation is very restless and we might not even be able to find a reason for it. There is just an underlying feeling of Edginess. This is stress that we are currently carrying. In this two part series, we will explore some remedies to this edginess and stress. There will be a short meditation, talk and group discussion so that we can all learn from each others’ experience.
