Spiritual friendships are key to our spiritual journey because good and wise friends provide us with the necessary support, encouragement and guidance for us to continue our Buddhist practice.

These short sessions that we will run throughout 2021 allows us to connect with new and established friends, for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee the way we would if we were to meet in person in a cafe. We invite you and your friends to join us in this eCafe, with your beverage of choice, ready for an evening of sharing. If you would like, you are welcome to bring along with you something that you would like to share with the group that inspires you in your spiritual practice. This may be a poem, a song, a story, or something that happened. Or you may wish to join us to learn more about Buddhism and find friends on this spiritual journey.
