Dharma Drum Mountain Sydney Chan Meditation Centre invites you to spend the 1st weekend of this coming December (Sat Dec 2 and Sun Dec 3) to experience and enjoy the benefits of Chan (Chinese Zen) practice over the course of a day.
Refresh, apply, and deepen your Chan practice and be mindful while eating, sitting, walking, working, exercising and performing all other daily activities.

Format:
* In person, no overnight stay
* full attendance on either one or both days is required.
Pre-requisites
* Completion of Beginners’ Meditation Class or similar meditation experience

* $60 AUD per day
