The beautiful boundless heart teachings of love, compassion, joy and equanimity help restore our sense of wholeness, our grounded open heartedness to the flow of life.
The body is an ancient treasure map that holds within it the path to wholeness and the seeds of awakening. We will explore the dharma teachings of mindful, embodied, compassionate presence by deepening into stillness and mindful movement.
With mindful, embodied, compassionate presence we can release deeply held stress, old reactive patterns and let go of our limited sense of identity.
The retreat program consists of sitting, walking and guided meditations instruction, group meetings with teachers, open dharma inquiry sessions, evening Dharma talks.
We will be offering five Mindful Movement sessions providing opportunities to embody the theme of the retreat, supporting dancing with life and rediscovering our vitality and the pleasure of living.
