Join us for a special afternoon at the Buddhist Library with Venerable Ayya Viranani, a respected teacher in the Theravada tradition. In this talk, Ayya Viranani will offer reflections on how we can stay grounded and steady in the midst of a busy and often overwhelming world. Drawing from the Buddha’s teachings and her own experience, she’ll explore how cultivating both wisdom and compassion can help us navigate daily life with more clarity, kindness, and balance.
Before the talk, there will be an opportunity to offer dana lunch to Ayya Viranani. Following the offering, we will all sit and share lunch together as a community. Everyone is warmly welcome, whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for some time.
