These Children’s Mindfulness Classes are for children and their parents to discover ways to bring mindfulness and kindness into each other’s lives, their hearts, and into their home.
In this way, we can find our way back to our true home. The sessions will be facilitated by Sister Emerald and Sister Steadiness, both students of Ven Thich Nhat Hanh.
For parents with children aged 5 years and under, please ensure that at least one parent is to be present with their child or children. |
