Manjushri Buddhist Centre is delighted to present next term’s Calm Abiding Meditation Courses. Meditation is an incredibly effective way to navigate life’s challenges, as it addresses the very mind that encounters them.

Course Details
Our courses run for 8 weeks:
Thursday Evening Course: 15 May – 3 July 2025, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Friday Daytime Course: 16 May – 4 July 2025, 9:30am – 11:30am
Each weekly session will offer:
- Meditation theory
- Guided practice
- An opportunity for Q&A
Through meditation, you’ll learn techniques to cultivate presence, stillness, and calm. These practices help you connect with your innate qualities of care, compassion, strength, acceptance, and wisdom – enhancing your confidence and resilience to embrace life’s challenges with greater ease.
