Metta Centre has chosen the serene Mountain Spring Monastery for our Buddhist Temple Tour, and chosen this day in celebration of Mountain Spring Monastery’s 3rd anniversary! Join us in a rejuvenating Day of Mindfulness, where we come back home to ourselves, relax, and cultivate the energy of mindfulness together with the Mountain Spring Monastery community.
