& CONSECRATION CEREMONY OF ARAHANTA SĪVALĪ STATUE AT SĪVALĪ LOOKOUT

Bodhisaddha Forest Monastery
Bodhisaddha will celebrate its 12th Anniversary, as well as Bodhikusuma’s 22nd anniversary. This is traditionally a time when we reflect on the years passed and rejoice with all the sacrifices and goodness made by the many. This is also a ceremony to receive blessings from the Triple Gem and encouraging each other to continue on this journey of the practice and spreading of the Dhamma.
On this occasion the new 2 meter-tall Arahanta Sīvalī statue will be consecrated and blessed by the Venerable Sangha at the Sīvalī Lookout.
PROGRAMME
10:00am Alms Round & Dana Meal Offering to 11 monks and novices.
10:30am Shared Lunch
12:00pm Anniversary Celebrations, Ceremony to Open the Sīvalī Lookout, Paritta Chanting, Dhamma Talk & Speeches, Monks give blessings
