Images, visual or otherwise, are especially potent symbols that can affect us in powerful ways. Buddhist tantric teachings make use of our natural ability to imagine and visualise to activate profound experiences of stillness, bliss and clarity.
In this advanced course we will look at how to utilise these techniques to nurture mindfulness, wisdom and compassion conducive to our genuine happiness.
Each weekly session will include explanation, guided meditation and Q&A. No prerequisite required. All are welcome.
