Join us for a transformative four-week journey into the heart of Buddhist wisdom with Lama Pema, as he guides us through practical methods for recognizing and overcoming disturbing emotions. This course will offer both time-tested teachings and practical exercises to help us cultivate awareness, emotional resilience, and inner peace through the unique AWARE process.

AWARE is a Dzogchen-inspired method for dealing with disturbing emotions developed by Lama Pema Düddul. AWARE stands for Acknowledge, Welcome, Analyse, Reflect, and Ease.

Each session will explore key aspects of emotional transformation:
📍 Week 1 (Monday, July 21): Introduction and First Process (Acknowledge)
📍 Week 2 (Monday, July 28): Second Process (Welcome) and Third Process (Analyse)
📍 Week 3 (Monday, August 4): Fourth Process (Reflect) and Fifth Process (Ease)
📍 Week 4 (Monday, August 11): Putting It All Together and Conclusion

Through guided meditations, discussion, and direct application of these processes, participants will learn how to meet life’s challenges with greater clarity, kindness, and equanimity.
