This course guides you through contemplations on:
- exploring your understanding of happiness,
- the Buddhist explanation of suffering and its origin,
- how afflictive emotions arise and contribute to suffering,
- how the cessation of such afflictions is possible and
- the actual path of practice that leads to genuine peace and happiness.
It aims to enhance understanding of the nature of happiness and suffering, the conditions that exacerbate unhappiness, and how to practise effectively in order to facilitate positive changes.
