Join us for a weekend immersion in Shamatha and Mahamudra Meditation. Shamatha, also known as Calm Abiding Meditation helps the mind develop stability and tranquillity. Mahamudra Meditation explores the nature of mind itself, that natural clarity and openness of our own awareness. Over two days of teachings and meditation we will have the opportunity to explore and further develop lucidity, wisdom and compassion in our contemplative practice.
