This year, we will have the option of coming into the centre for the retreat. We will continue to host the retreat on Webex for those who would like to do the retreat from home. Please let us know if you would like to join the retreat at the centre by Friday 8 April.
More details will be posted closer to the retreat.
The Easter retreat will be at the centre and also on the same Webex room as our regular practices (please see the end of this email for WEBEX information).
The proposed schedule 4 sessions a day as follows:
Session 1 8am to 9.30am (1.5 hrs) Webex
Session 2 10am to 11.30m (1.5 hrs) Self practice
Session 3 2pm to 3.30pm (1.5 hrs) Self practiceSession 4 4pm to 6pm (2 hrs) Webex
