That’s why we are pleased to offer a special 4-week version of our Calm Abiding Meditation course, guided by Ben Adcock, starting on 28th November.
The course will run on Thursday evenings from 6-8 pm, both on Zoom and in person, providing you the flexibility to choose how you wish to join. Over four weeks, Ben will gently lead you through practices to help cultivate calm, clarity, and a sense of inner peace, even amidst the busiest of seasons.
