The ?Five Element Form? Yoga practice was taught in ancient times to students who had experienced long periods of study and tiredness - not
dissimilar to some of the effects of modern life. The practice is designed to re-energise and empower body and mind. Participants will be taken on a journey of self-exploration through the yoga practice of the Five Element Form. Through this graceful and flowing series of postures, students learn to develop greater strength and flexibility, whilst also calming the mind, and feeling more energetic. The practice of the Five Element Form also helps to build confidence, curiosity and unleash creativity.
A Series of five Sunday afternoon classes beginning June 10.
