Nyung Nay retreat

Nyung Nay retreats are fasting retreats lasting two and a half days.

On the second day we are not allowed to eat, drink or talk. This retreat is beneficial for purifying negative karma and bringing about good health.

The meditation centres on the recitation of mantras and guided visualisation of the Thousand Armed Cherezig, the embodiment of the Buddhas loving kindness.

Please note that attendance to the retreats must be notified by phoning 97865513, to enable us to plan for the catering and accomodation.
